Dream Horizon Living offers Shared living, WiFi, paid utilities and rent, washer and dryer on site, homes, fully furniture, drug/alcohol free, security cameras, and structured and safe environment.

Dream Horizon is intended for individuals who are looking for safe, stable, and affordable shared housing. Our housing model works best for individuals who can live independently without requiring daily medical care or personal assistance. 

Shared supportive housing is typically available to individuals who are able to live independently but would benefit from a structured, supportive community setting that promotes stability, personal growth, and access to helpful resources. 

Roommates are paired using a thoughtful matching process that considers compatibility, lifestyle preferences, and individual support needs. Staff may conduct conversations or assessments to help ensure residents are placed in an environment that promotes comfort, cooperation, and a positive living experience. 

Dream Horizon Living strives to keep housing accessible and reasonably priced. Rent may be set at a fixed rate or based on a percentage of income depending on program structure. Some residents may also qualify for outside housing assistance programs that help offset costs. 

Length of stay may vary depending on individual goals, program guidelines, and housing availability. Some residents may stay for a short transitional period, while others may remain longer as they work toward long-term housing stability and independence.

Dream Horizon Living does not operate as an assisted living facility and does not provide medical care or personal care services. 

Dream Horizon Living does not offer direct rental or utility payment assistance. 

Yes. All Dream Horizon Living homes are fully furnished to provide a comfortable living environment. Residents have access to beds, storage space, shared living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, shared bathrooms, and on-site laundry facilities. 

While meals and transportation are not directly provided, residents may receive free biweekly grocery deliveries. Our homes are also located near public transportation routes. Additionally, we help connect residents with community programs that offer transportation resources.

All program fees are non-refundable. However, if Dream Horizon is not the right fit for an applicant, we will do our best to provide referrals to other housing providers or community resources.

 At this time, Dream Horizon does not accept Section 8 or Housing Choice Vouchers. 

Children may be permitted on a case-by-case basis depending on the specific housing arrangement. 

To protect the comfort and safety of all residents, pets are not permitted in Dream Horizon Living homes.

Yes. For the safety and well-being of all residents, Dream Horizon homes include 24/7 security camera monitoring in common areas and periodic wellness checks. Our goal is to maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for everyone in the home.
